ReplyDeleteYou're a better student of local politics but I think that whole baseball scam was for the tax. They had BIG plans for that tax - a new Performing Arts theater, the Vancouver Symphony, "Saturday in the Park" events... Yes, the City of Vancouver was going to do well on the backs of Clark County citizens.
