Endorsements.

(Endorsements are in competitive races only.  No endorsements in competitive races will be an undervote (a non-vote) from me in this election.  Those endorsed but not otherwise mentioned: Rivers, Pike, All R's in the 49th, 14th, 20th. )

(FULL DISCLOSURE: I have not and likely will not be endorsing in this race. I freely admit that I am totally opposed to Marc Boldt's re-election since he's completely sold out to the left, forgotten/ignored GOP principles, supports the CRC scam in it's entirety and wants to hang tolls around our neck for the next several decades that will destroy a great deal of small business in Clark County as a result.

NO candidate or campaign or anyone involved or in any way concerned with any candidate or campaign was aware of or approved or had input into this post.

Further, Marc Boldt is my brother in law, and I worked for him as his legislative assistant for 6 years while he was in the state house.)

I will not be voting in most statewide races.  They're all pretty much leftists and alike, or Paulbots; therefore, it really doesn't matter who gets elected since there's really no difference between them.

President: Romney/Ryan

After tonight's debate performance, if anyone would vote for that limp-wristed, empty-suited, anti-American racist bigot, they ought to have their heads examined.

State Auditor:  James Watkins

His opponent has all the appearance of being a crook.  And that's the last thing you'd want in a state auditor.

Congress:  Haugen

Jaime Herrera continues to support the CRC; new bridge, loot rail, tolls and all.  Her failure to heed the people she represents and kill this rip-off disqualifies her from elective office at any level.

Haugen, although a democrat, has always led with his disdain for this rip off project.  Since there's nothing else he could ever impact that would make any real difference to this family or area, I have no problem voting for a guy who, on this issue, is more Republican than the so-called Republican.

Commissioner: Tom Mielke

Tom absolutely represents my positions on the issues that matter the most: he opposes tax increases, bigger government, the CRC scam in its entirety.

Joe Tanner is a nice guy... but he cannot oppose those things either any more effectively or strongly than Mielke has for the last 4 years... and as a result, Mielke has earned re-election.

Commissioner:

There is no possible way that Marc Boldt has earned re-election.  His own commissioner district only gave him 30% of the vote.  That so many people in his own commissioner district are opposed to him after an 8 year tenure speaks for itself.

Boldt has complete support from the democrats and the downtown mafia who also supports the CRC scam that Boldt, Stuart, Leave-it and the rest want to ram down our throats without allowing a vote because they know that the people of this county do not need, wants or can afford this generational rip off that will damage families and small businesses because of the horrific, ever-increasing tolls that will last till long after we die.

He has made claims and promises that are a apart of his campaign that are simply not true, including that HE fought for ME (and tens of thousands of others, including HIM) to have a vote on loot rail... and yet I, along with 60 to 100 thousand others will not be allowed to vote because of the gerrymandered CTran tax district that he supported and the taxes they can impose on us without asking.

Seven years ago, he voted to violate my Constitutional rights over confiscating our firearms.  He violated state ethics laws by voting to lend county money to a contractor to make sure his wife got paid as an employee, a blatant and obvious violation of the law.

He has raised our taxes... repeatedly... advocated raising them before... and is ignoring the basis for the CRC rip off as laid out by the Oregon Supreme Court.

These things first, certainly disqualify him from using the label "Republican" since all of those things and many others are positions taken by democrats... and second, they make him unfit to serve the people of his district.

Marc Boldt is also my brother in law, and I worked as his legislative assistant for 6 years.  I know him.  The guy I worked for, who the newspaper demanded resign, is now their darling and the darling of the CRUDEC, Chamber of Horrors, Downtown Mafia types who's arrogance is only exceeded by their greed at our expense.

Do not vote for him.

18th District House: Cortes

Brandon Vick was an impulse candidate and has disappointed in every way I thought he would:
When added to the fact that Brandon is about to become a brand new father for the first time... and to campaign, by definition, will take every waking moment... as will the next legislative session, as far as that goes... one wonders: Why would he leave his wife and baby home alone? How can he discharge his family responsibilities and obligations sitting in interminable meetings in Olympia with his family... his wife... his newborn baby... home... alone.... day after day.... night after night?
Brandon has simply not been able to campaign effectively or strongly.  Perhaps it's because he didn't believe he needed to... but even if you're running by yourself, you MUST campaign.

That Brandon couldn't even get picked to fill out the term in his own seat as Ann Rivers' replacement speaks for itself.

17th District Senate: Benton

Probst is the closest thing to a Manchurian Candidate; a fake moderate who has been promised a quarter of a million in support to try and take on Benton... who has smashed him flat in the fund raising race.

A vote for Probst is a vote for the downtown democrats from Seattle who run the Senate... meaning more deals for the tribes, for their union buds and all the other slime they pay off to stay in office.

17th District House: Olson

Stonier has no chance.  She got the highest of a split vote, but 45% ain't gonna cut it when the other 55% has an "R" after it's name.

In opposing Stonier's election in 2010, the rag wrote this:
"....sings pitch-perfect the talking point serenades of the Washington Education Association, the teachers’ union. Stonier shows no inclination to force public employees to incur the same pay and benefits sacrifices that private-sector workers have suffered. Her big campaign advantages over Hash are party connections and political clout. She — and not the eccentric attorney/accountant/computer nerd/rich guy — is the darling of local Democrats."
There's been no explanation how Stonier managed to go from that... to what she is now... in 2 years.

I don't get it.  And neither will the people of the 17th.

All the seats in the 49th will remain D, all other seats in the 14th, 17th, 18th and 20th District will still go GOP.

Some may not be happy with my take or my conclusions.

I really don't care.

Feel free to ignore me and vote for whoever you like, but these are my positions and mine alone... for better or for worse.
