Paging Dr. Lou: your leftist drawers are hanging out.

Was it all that long ago that Lightning Lou the Leftist's paper bleated thus:

Legislators accept special session daily allowance

Benton, Zarelli take the $630 max; Pridemore accepts no per diem money

Of course, that Pridemore is out wasting his time and money running statewide for State Auditor and his campaign pays his expenses makes no mention in this slop... but that's par for the Columbian's slanted and biased course.

Meanwhile, across the river (But not over here... even though there IS a "paper trail," meaning the only way the local rag can report on a story IS available) there's THIS report that puts democrats in an equally bad light:

In the Capitol: Some Clark County representatives take per diem while session stalls

Published: Wednesday, March 28, 2012, 3:40 PM     Updated: Wednesday, March 28, 2012, 3:42 PM
Vancouver Democrats Reps. Jim Moeller and Tim Probst are taking per diem. Republican Reps. Ann Rivers from La Center, Ed Orcutt of Kalama and Paul Harris from Vancouver said they are not taking the pay.

Moeller and Probst said they need the per diem to cover rent at their temporary housing near the Capitol.

"I don't get paid for a couple more weeks," Moeller said, referring to his other job as a mental health professional in Vancouver.

Moeller had been on unpaid leave from his employer since Thanksgiving and did not return to the job until Wednesday.

So, THIS article points out that the democrats in the House around here are taking this money and the GOP'ers are not.

Which one gets published... and which one doesn't?

Now, why do you suppose that is?

Nope, no bias here. Nothing to see, folks... move along.
