Paid human breeding killed in the WA Senate for this year.

Devaluing human life just a bit more, democrat State Rep. Jaime Pederson's (Communist 43) effort to provide paid human breeding stock died in the Senate today when senators striped out the moronic idea that humans could be treated like cattle or horses for purposes of breeding.

OLYMPIA — Washington lawmakers have approved a bill incorporating domestic partnerships into a state parentage law, but they removed provisions that would have legalized compensated surrogacy contracts.
The bill passed Thursday by the Senate also updates the Uniform Parentage Act to bring it in line with current nationally recognized standards.
The measure's main sponsor, Rep. Jamie Pedersen, says it will help protect families from litigation relating to parentage.
But the Seattle Democrat says he's disappointed the final bill does not include a section establishing a legal framework for parents to enter into paid surrogacy contracts. He plans to revive that idea in session next year.
The current bill is the product of a conference committee between House and Senate lawmakers. Pedersen said he expects the House to adopt that version and send it to the governor.
Nothing quite like treating people like dogs in a puppy mill.

Really, Jaime... you could always adopt, know what I mean?
