I get that Blanca Catt has been given a free education she shouldn't have received. I get that she was adopted.
But I also get two other things:
1. She's an ILLEGAL ALIEN
2. She's suing US for a million dollars.
Of course, I believe that if she is kicked out, as she and all other illegal aliens should be kicked out, then she loses any standing to sue.
But she is now an adult; she is a Mexican national; she does not deserve to be here and she should leave... and take her bogus, nonsensical lawsuit WITH her.
The screw up actually took place when she was placed into foster care when she was 5.
She should NOT have been placed into foster care when she was 5; she should have been DEPORTED when she was 5... as should her then parents.
Apparently, Oregon KNEW she was an illegal alien, and that didn't make any difference at the time.
She needs to leave this country and wait in line like everyone else. That, as her lawyer put it, "Her Spanish speaking skills are very poor," first, isn't our problem; and second, I'm sure that all the bilingual and welfare programs for those unable to speak the native language of the country they're in will absolutely take care of all of her needs.

The uncomplicated fact is that E-Verify WORKS! And it is up, running and operational, so that illegal foreign workers other than a few using counterfeit documents will be discovered and eliminated from the workplace. Another simple fact is that its—SUCCEEDING! It is now hurting the elusive Council of Foreign Relations agenda to destabilize American workers and substitute even more cut-rate labor. The CFR are not even a government agency, but a Quasi agency that is a kind of sinister think tank. For years they have been formatting their power to undo the poorly built border fence, wreck inspections at airports, so millions more can pour into American and steal jobs. Nor does matter to the illicit ACLU, a communist inspired group or business consortium's, who owe no loyalty to US workers? It is a case of drowning America in low wage recruits, who are not just working in the fields, but janitors, fast food, factories, warehouses and higher paying jobs then citizens and legal employees realize?. AMERICAN WORKERS MUST MAKE A STAND. Anybody who legally displays the E-Verify sign should get the customers dollars, those who don't comply should be absolutely BOYCOTTED. I go to El Pollo Loco, but not to McDonalds-because I haven't seen the E-Verify sign yet? Same I only try to buy AMERICAN? But that is even becoming more indefinable, because many parts of products are imported in from cheap labor countries, killing our own manufacturing base. WE ARE SELF-INFLICTING OUR OWN WOUNDS?

We can beat this, by electing politicians who sign a--CONTRACT-- stating American workers come first? Not those just affirming an oath of office, since to many it's meaningless. These contracts can be published and shown to the public and the national media. We are cutting our own throats in so many ways, because many bona-fide US Americans don't bother to vote the political corruption--OUT OF OFFICE. EVERY story about EVERY third world kid is heart-breaking. But the LAW is the LAW.
She got what millions of kids in Mexico would give an appendage to get: a superior education (cough, cough) and a safe upbringing while she was a child.

This is an issue of fundamental fairness. It may be "unfair" to her (though she came out of it much better off then most 19 y.o.'s in Mexico) but allowing her to stay is MUCH MORE unfair to the tens of millions who have patiently waited to get here LEGALLY.
SITUATIONAL "fairness" isn't fair, period. And that is the reality we all face. Thus, while there may be some idiocy here, I tend to believe it is that displayed by the bleeding heart, open-border liberal types like yourself who don't care about laws or the many other negative aspects of the presence of millions and millions of people we have to pay for (such as this one in question) but who HAVE ZERO RIGHT TO BE HERE.

You want to deport her because of something she didn't even know about?? How about those kids at the high school down in Cali. I'm sure most of you remember that story, seeings as how it was a federal offense. On Mexican Independence Day, a group of Hispanic students went out to the front of their high school in California and proceeded to lower the American Flag and raise the Mexico Flag with the American Flag underneath it, upside down. Every single one of them is still living in the United States. Why?!

I am a soldier in the United States Army National Guard and I am proud to call Blanca a friend and proud to say that I will do everything within my power to push against people like you to get her a citizenship. The citizenship she should have received as a child. It's too bad our government is corrupt and now run by an ignorant racist.
