Typical of the left: Churchill tells Eastern Washington University President, to, in effect, "drop dead."

In an altogether typical action by Ward Churchill, America Hater and fake Native American extraordinaire, he has announced he fully intends to ignore the cancellation of his visit by school president Stephen Jordan.

Jordan, properly citing safety and security issues, denied a request by the Academic Senate (that figures) to rescind his prior decision to cancel Churchill's appearance.
Typical of lying ego-maniacs, Churchill could care less. He doesn't care about the authority of the school president, doesn't care about safety or security concerns, doesn't care that he lied about his Native American "heritage" (Nor does anyone on the left. Amazing that they've given him such a pass, isn't it?) and obviously doesn't care about disrupting the campus.

As an EWU alum, my first concern is for the school. As a veteran of over a decade in the US Army, I share equal concern with the First Amendment. But, while the First Amendment guarantees everyone, even scumbags like Churchill, the right to say what he wants; it does not give him the right to say it on the campus of Eastern Washington university.

I hope that when Churchill shows up, campus police toss him off the campus. I hope that if he insists on staying on campus, that they arrest him. And I hope they bill him for every nickel it all costs.

Churchill says he's coming to Eastern anyway

SPOKANE, Wash. (AP) — Controversial speaker Ward Churchill is still unwelcome on the Eastern Washington University campus, the school president decided Thursday.

But the University of Colorado professor says he intends to show up next week anyway, to discuss his essay that referred to some victims of the terrorist attacks of Sept. 11, 2001, as "little Eichmanns" who promoted repressive U.S. policies around the world.

School President Stephen Jordan said Thursday he had denied a request by the Academic Senate that he rescind his February decision to cancel Churchill's appearance on the campus in Cheney, just west of Spokane.
